Glenn is the founder of SnapCab, where he turned a small barn workshop into a thriving manufacturing company renowned for innovation, teamwork, and an uplifting culture that puts people first.
He believes that a business is only as strong as the community inside it. That belief led to the creation of A Human Business, a practical framework any organization can apply to become more caring, collaborative, and high-performing.
From Builder to Human Business Leader
Glenn started SnapCab as a young craftsman with a focus on quality and service. As the company grew, so did his awareness that sustainable success depends on more than great products it depends on great people working together with purpose.
He began experimenting with ways to align culture, communication, and productivity. The result was a repeatable system based on the natural wisdom of the human body. Over time, SnapCab has become a living example of the Human Business model a company where growth feels natural, not forced.
Today, Glenn shares this approach through speaking, writing, and advising leaders who want to scale their business without losing its humanity.

What is a Human Business?
A human business is an interdependent community of people who are co‑essential, like the organs of a human body, where everyone belongs and no one is more important than another. United by a shared purpose, a human business creates useful products while also offering a meaningful way of being at work—one that replaces competition, isolation, and lack of purpose with collaboration, connection, and a sense of purpose.
It begins with self‑awareness, recognizing that lasting change starts from the inside out, and is sustained through action, even when imperfect. Governed like a living system—with heart, head, hands, and breath—it continuously learns, adapts, repairs, and renews itself, allowing useful activity to continue for the benefit of other bodies (individuals and communities).
